Job Description

What you’ll do:
Train to ensure consistent, scalable and profitable operations in the Unity Grocery Dept, with the goal of continually improving operations. Train to be responsible for purchasing and marketing products and department merchandising. Train to manage relationships with vendors, manage expenses according to budget, increase revenue, and ensure a superior customer experience.
Train to be responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks and may be involved in the planning for the direction of their department.
Train to achieve budgeted goals related to sales, margin, expenses, and inventory and execute sales strategies that support the Co-op's vision.
