Producing, creating and modifying basic layouts using AutoCad.Amending house type planning drawings as/when required.Completing small planning applications.Submit & liaise with Local Planning Authorities in relation to planning condition clearance.Liaising with Planning Officers to follow up progress of minor applications.Attending meetings that may be required in the performance of your duties.Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.ESSENTIAL SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
