Mission & Responsibilities
The main missions of the role are:
To manage and optimize transport flows on behalf of plant(s), managing inbound and outbound flows via road, sea, and air. The scope covers standard and premium, full truck load (FTL), less than truck load (LTL), and shared flows. Contribute to continuous improvement of the transport organization in the scope and be accountable for daily operations according to agreed SLA with plants, operational cost, transaction cost to the plant, and cost recharged to carriers (YTD and forecast). Qualifications Bachelor's degree in transport or supply-chain management. At least 2 years of experience in transport operations or material planning with SAP. Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and TM modules. Multifunctional & multicultural communication skills; minimum bilingual (incl. English). Customer orientation, teamwork, autonomy, and openness to new ideas.
