Traffic Management Operative

We have a great opportunity for a Traffic Management Operative to support our long‑term street lighting maintenance contract covering Kent. This position is based from our Sittingbourne office.

Key activities

• The installation, maintenance, removal and recording of temporary traffic management and control systems
• Working unsupervised for all general traffic management duties which you will be trained for and be competent to undertake as part of a team
• Completing traffic management day‑to‑day responsibilities upon instruction of the Foreman/Supervisor
• Support H & S – Zero accidents and environmental incidents
• Ensure all Health and Safety standards are being adhered to across all works
• Assist and, when designated lead TMO, lead the on‑site investigation process, report then collate, gather, and record relevant information relating to all site issues and incidents
