Job Description

Dawson Construction is looking for certified Traffic Control personnel to join our team!
In this role you will be a valued member of , working as a seasonal, full-time Traffic Control Person reporting to Foreman, Paving. The Traffic Control Person works collaboratively to coordinate the traffic control plans and is a key partner in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will effectively work with customers, both internal and external, to provide a valued service in Highway Construction. This position is based in Kamloops, BC and will require some travel throughout our great province.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Load & unload building materials and equipment as needed Continuous monitoring of the traffic control schedule
Ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner per company standards
Preform site checks and relief as needed for Traffic Control Persons
