****BASIC FUNCTION**Under the supervision of the Supervisor- Shipping & Receiving, this position is responsible for the control of all the documentation related to the import-export process of Raw Materials, Fittings, machinery and the materials require for the Company.And for updated all information of temporal importations and exportations in the Maquiladora software per month, run the backflush report and convert all data in on file and then load it every 2 months in a SAT web site.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrate the Maquiladora Software, maintaining into the software the updated information of the bill of materials for our finish goods and new products manufactured in Sanimex.Create the data base for the import/export operations per month.Elaborate a weekly report for the Scrap to the Mexican government authorities (Treasury).
