**Role and Responsibilities**

Trading VP is responsible for delivering timely and accurate dealing services to clients in the assigned area, while managing the firm’s inventory and trading risk under supervision and within assigned limits, ensuring activity is conducted in compliance with applicable regulations and supports the desk’s commercial objectives.

**Principal Accountabilities**

+ Manage and maintain risk positions within agreed position limits, supporting delivery of the desk’s revenue target.
+ Provide liquidity and trade ideas to clients, trading within set limits and under supervision as assigned.
