Empire State University is seeking candidates for a full-time Trades Generalist to work in our Saratoga Springs location.
The position will perform a wide range of semi-skilled and skilled maintenance, repair, and operational duties, while also providing on-shift coordination and support to custodial and facilities staff as needed.
Duties of this position will include the following:
+ Minor electrical repairs
+ Carpentry and wall repair
+ Plumbing adjustments and fixture repairs
+ Preventive maintenance on building systems
+ Equipment troubleshooting
+ Assist with facility setups and adjustments
+ Support snow removal and seasonal operations
+ Address urgent repair needs during active building hours
