Trader (Trading Manager)

Job Description :

Report to:  Head of Platform and Country CEO

• Support Head of Platform to handle diary & sugar trading activities in Vietnam to ensure its productivity and effectiveness.
• Understand the business flow and the process flow to ensure that all transactions are recorded on a timely basis and that contracts status is updated.
• Review, challenge and formalize standard and clear logistics processes for commercial and inter-company trades, fixations, contract modifications, documents review and presentation, etc. and implement them clearly.
• Identify potential risks, coordinate with origin execution teams and lead resolution efforts.
• Ensure that price fixed contracts are monitored regularly and closely for possible defaults due to big swing in market prices.
• Maintenance master data by customer, containing details of special conditions on execution, credit limits, collection process, etc.,
