Trade Waiter

Bitton, located in Alexandria NSW 2015, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, and take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring an exceptional dining experience
• Clear and reset tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Monitor customer needs and respond promptly to requests
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate service
• Follow workplace hygiene, food safety, and health regulations
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required

About you:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar role
