Trade Waiter

Oliveto Ristorante e Bar is a modern restaurant and bar venue located in Rhodes NSW and is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality table service, ensuring a positive dining experience for guests
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and relaying them to kitchen and bar staff
• Serving meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Setting up and clearing tables in accordance with service standards
• Assisting in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dining and service areas
• Processing customer payments using POS systems
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations
• Following workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures
