· Work in close coordination with the Commercial Manager and Sales Chief / Sup / Developers in
their territory.

· Adapt and structure the Trade Marketing working plans in conjunction with the Manager and the
head of the region, to ensure the proper, timely and successful implementation.

· Further, implement a report and ensure the success of the work plans defined by the trade
marketing area.

· Frequently visit the market, retail outlets and customers to understand the reality of the brand in
the market.

· Ensure the development of all AJEVN brands in all the POS of Vietnam.

· Take care and control the proper and efficient use of investments, assets and other materials
from the company.

· Ensure proper allocation of materials to the point of sales.
