Key Responsibilities
Trade Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and drive the annual trade marketing strategy aligned with overall brand calendar and commercial objectives
- Plan and execute a comprehensive trade marketing calendar, including promotions, GWP, pop-ups, and events
Performance Analysis & Insights
- Analyze retail performance data to generate actionable insights and recommend optimization plans
- Continuously track campaign effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize ROI
Retail & Commercial partnerships
- Partner closely with trade partners to identify growth opportunities, enhance band exposure and instore execution
- Maintain strong communication with Marketing, Commercial, Global, and APAC teams to ensure alignment on brand direction and consistency in execution
