Trade Loans Officer (Toronto)

What is the opportunity?

The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end trade loans transaction processing for all Commercial Banking clients within the Trade Operations department. This includes setting up facility and fee records in the transaction processing systems. The role works closely with the team to ensure transactions are processed within agreed timelines and any concerns are promptly escalated to the line manager to ensure a smooth client experience. The candidate will use process review and simplification experience to evaluate current procedures and provide recommendations to improve processing time and efficiency.
