Mitre 10 MEGA Tauranga is seeking a proven leader to take charge of our Trade Drive Thru. You will oversee daily operations, guide a high‑performing team and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment. This full‑time role includes weekend work and opportunities to grow with the business. 
You should bring strong leadership, customer service focus, and experience in budgeting, stock control and safety compliance. A full NZ class 1 driver license is preferred.
