Job Description
A leading petrochemical / commodities trading firm is hiring a Trade Documentation Officer (Contract) in Singapore.
Key Scope:
- Prepare and review LC documentation (invoices, BLs, certificates, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UCP 600 & trade terms
- Liaise with banks and internal teams on submissions, discrepancies, and settlements
- Maintain accurate shipment and documentation records
Requirements:
- 2-5 years' experience in trade finance / trade documentation
- Strong knowledge of LCs, INCOTERMs, and shipment lifecycle
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
