Handle complex cases, escalations, and non-standard certification scenarios; act as the first point of escalation for client and affiliate queries.Process certification files in line with Business Rules, Country Instructions, and productivity/quality targets.Accurately encode and review data in relevant systems based on trade documents, ensuring completeness and correctness.Ensure all certificates and registrations comply with contract requirements and applicable guidelines.Coordinate client requests and provide timely, professional responses to ensure client satisfaction.Facilitate trade through timely and accurate issuance of Certificates of Conformity in line with applicable rules and KPIs.Ensure accurate data entry (fees, invoice numbers, job numbers, etc.) across systems and portals.Follow up on and support timely collection of client payments.Handle daily operational co...
