Trade Compliance Manager – Teledyne Microwave UK, United Kingdom
Reports to: Trade Compliance Manager, TADE UK
Main responsibilities:
Lead and oversee implementation of Trade Compliance (TC) program elements, policies and procedures and automated tools at Teledyne Microwave UK locations in Shipley, Presteigne and Lincoln (UK), based on regulatory and corporate requirements.Ensure proper TC controls are identified and embedded into local business processes and operations at Teledyne Microwave UK locations and consistently executed.Conduct transactional reviews, apply for and manage local export authorisations, conduct denied party screening, jurisdiction and classification, support transactions due diligence, technology transfers, facility controls and records keeping management.Provide consistent guidance and frequent communication on trade compliance matters, including regular regulatory up...
