Trade Compliance Analyst I

Assist the Supervisor in conducting internal Trade Compliance audits and assessments.Prepare audit reports and summaries, and respond to requests from local authorities when required.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Tag fixed assets in accordance with company and customs requirements.
- Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in Annex 24.- Conduct periodic physical inventories of fixed assets.
- Recommend appropriate disposal methods for fixed assets (e.G., scrap, sale, donation) in compliance with Trade Compliance regulations.
- Perform analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
- Participate in and support internal, external, and government audits related to fixed assets.
- Review fixed assets and related information (brand, model, serial number, location).
