Trade Centre Manager (Full Time - Tauranga)

We are looking for a full time Trade Centre Manager who understands the importance of personalized customer service and can motivate a dedicated sales and service team. This role will be managing our Tauranga Trade Centre and Mt Maunganui Trade Centre.

Key responsibilities

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience by overseeing all aspects of store sales and operations
• Developing a high performing team of Trade Sales Assistants including recruitment, induction, training, and ongoing development
• Driving sales growth whilst ensuring efficiency in operational costs
• Building relationships with our diverse range of customers and the local community to become the region’s trusted source of industrial expertise.
