TRACTOR OPERATOR

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Eagle Creek Golf Course on Dover Air Force Base. As a FLEX employee, you may work anywhere between 0-40 hours per week, on an as needed basis. Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to provide mowing services to fairways, roughs and greens; weed control and fertilizer application on the golf course. Operates field-type tractors with attachments to maintain the grasses at the golf course. Operates a variety of equipment to include but not limited to the following: mowers, aerators, plows, harrows, clippers, sprayers, disks, post hole diggers, moveable dozer, blades, backhoe, and other equipment ranging from small handheld applicators to tractor drawn liquid and solid dispensers.
