TPM Planner

About the Role

The TPM Planner is a key function within the Supply Chain organization, responsible for managing third‑party manufacturing (TPM) operations. The role engages with Demand Partners and the S&OP process to balance supply and capacity against the demand plan. It creates and shares the Master Production Schedules (MPS) with the TPM so they can develop the finite production schedule, while also creating the MRP to guarantee the availability of raw and packaging materials needed to execute the production plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the commercial depletion demand signal, on‑hand inventory, and inventory targets with DC replenishment requirements to enable and deliver a comprehensive supply plan within SAP that meets all financial and operational requirements, including OTIF.
• Communicate the supply plan to TPM.
• Ensure material availability based on the production plan created for each TPM planner.
