**Responsibilities**

+ Facilitate onboarding programs and learning experiences (e.g., orientations, workshops, cohorts, Fab Bootcamp) in both in-person and virtual formats
+ Manage end-to-end onboarding administration, including headcount tracking, welcome communications, cohort planning, training enrollment, and mentor/buddy coordination
+ Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design, review, and improve onboarding plans aligned to roles, functions, and business needs
+ Develop and maintain onboarding programs, materials, and learning resources to support employee integration and skill development
