• Manage maintenance programs, their localisation for the Finnish market, and related processes.
• Handle parts, accessories, and service contract matters, owning related processes and systems.
• Ensure the functionality of assigned areas, identify development needs, and participate in implementing new practices with international colleagues, dealer networks, system suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Train and support the dealer network and serve as an expert in your areas of responsibility.
