An established and well-regarded East Anglian property consultancy is looking for a Town Planner to join its Building Consultancy team - and we've been asked to find them the right person.

We're looking for someone with planning consultancy experience who enjoys building client relationships as much as they enjoy the technical side of planning.

You'll work across a varied portfolio including residential developments, change of use applications, listed buildings, appeals, planning assessments and feasibility studies throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.

This role would suit someone who values being part of a smaller business where they can have a genuine voice and influence, whilst working closely with clients, colleagues and senior leadership.
