Tower In?Charge (Manager) – High?Rise Residential Buildings
Job Summary
Responsible for end?to?end execution, coordination, and delivery of a specific residential tower within the project. Leads all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP activities in the tower to ensure timely completion, quality compliance, and resource optimization.
Key Responsibilities
? Tower Execution & Delivery
Lead overall execution of the assigned high?rise tower from foundation to handover.
Ensure all works (structural + finishing + MEP) follow project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
Monitor daily site progress and ensure timely achievement of floor cycles and finishing milestones.
? Planning, Scheduling & Resource Management
Prepare micro?schedules (daily/weekly) for tower activities and align with the master schedule.
