+ Manage and execute global short‑term incentive (STI) and performance bonus calculations
+ Support the design, simulation, and payout of incentive plans
+ Maintain and validate Total Rewards and performance master data
+ Build and deliver reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision‑making
+ Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Total Rewards stakeholders
