How you create impact

• Manage and execute global short‑term incentive (STI) and performance bonus calculations
• Support the design, simulation, and payout of incentive plans
• Maintain and validate Total Rewards and performance master data
• Build and deliver reports, analytics, and dashboards to support decision‑making
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, and Total Rewards stakeholders
