**Purpose of the job**:Supports the business by providing ad hoc analysis and reporting on C&B matters and participate to the monitoring of total costs of employment.
**Accountabilities**:- Participates in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits- Contributes to the development of salary bands and salary budgets- Conducts ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices- Advise HR teams on how to conduct job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications methodology and review job evaluations....
