The Total Offer Manager acts as a cross-functional PMO, in charge of simplification, standardization and security of processes related to commercial activity, logistics, registration and delivery flows.

He manages the optimization of business tools, the reliability of data and the deployment of automated solutions in order to improve operational performance and process compliance.
