TOPS Technical Training Instructor

**Description**

SAIC is seeking an **TOPS Technical Training Instructor (TTI)** . This position requires an **active TS/SCI with Polygraph** and is located in **Chantilly, VA.**

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

+ Deliver, teach, and facilitate courses to meet all course and learning objectives
+ Serve as subject matter expert (SME) using professional and technical experiences to engage and teach adult learners
+ Monitor student progress during course executions and provide feedback to the customer
+ Support the development of new, or modification of existing courses in coordination with technical instructional systems designers

**Qualifications**

+ **Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph**
+ Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 18 or more years of related experience
