Key Responsibilities
* Surface Safety Monitoring: Acting as the top person in confined spaces or deep trenches, overseeing safe entry and exit without entering the space themselves.
* Material and Plant Coordination: Managing the movement of materials, tools, and equipment in and out of the excavation area.
* Safety and Compliance: Monitoring site hazards, ensuring excavation stability, and adhering to strict health and safety standards
