Metalsa is hiring a skilled Tool and Die Maintenance Technician to join our team! We’re looking for an experienced professional with a passion for precision, troubleshooting, and keeping production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on progressive, transfer, blanking , or line dies used in metal stamping or aluminum production
• Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble dies to ensure optimal performance
• Perform TIG welding repairs and modifications on dies and tooling
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Conduct preventive and corrective die maintenance to reduce downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and tooling drawings
