Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join our well-established client in Burton-On-Trent. In this key role, you will be responsible for the manufacture, repair and refurbishment of production tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce, repair, and refurbish tools and fixtures in line with engineering drawings and specifications.
Carry out both preventative maintenance on tooling and equipment
Running diagnostics and fault find issues
Modify existing tooling to improve performance
Operate a range of machinery, including mills, lathes and grinders
Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, gauges, CMM tools) to verify dimensional accuracy.
Work to tight tolerances

Proven experience as a Toolmaker or similar within the manufacturing industry
