Toolmaker – Full-Cycle Manufacturing & R&D Environment

• Proven experience with CNC milling (3-axis or more)
• Experience with conventional milling and turning
• Proficiency in Mastercam (preferred) or other CAM software
• Strong understanding of:
• Machine setup
• Cutter selection and tooling strategies
• Machining processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing/toolroom environment

• Manufacture, assemble, and maintain precision moulds, tools, and fixtures
• Program and operate CNC machines using CAM software
• Perform full machine setups, including tooling and workholding
• Select appropriate cutters and machining strategies for optimal results
• Participate in tool trials, production support, and handovers
