**Job Description**

The Tooling Technician maintains, repairs, and prepares foam molds to ensure a continuous supply of correct tooling for production. This role involves operating a forklift, using a variety of hand and machine tools, and applying strong mechanical aptitude to keep tooling in optimal condition for a high-volume manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities**

+ Clean, repair, and inspect foam molds to ensure they meet production specifications and quality standards.
+ Prepare and maintain a continuous supply of production-ready tooling by organizing and staging molds in advance of production runs.
+ Operate a forklift safely to move, position, and set up molds for production lines.
+ Use basic hand tools to disassemble, adjust, and reassemble molds and related tooling components.
