Tooling Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

Compulsory - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer, Tooling and any related field.

Experience in Tooling Design (Rubber / Plastic Manufacturing)

Experience Manage a Team

Preferably able to communicate with clients in Mandarin

You will play an important role in:-

• Responsible for overseeing the selection, maintenance, and management of tools and equipment used in the manufacturing or production processes.

• Lead tooling team to technical account strategies that align to customer business requirements and Company goals.

• Managing all tooling operations efficient, cost-effective, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

• Collaborating with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to support production goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
