Tooling Manager

Our client, A well-established global automotive components manufacturer specializing in plastic injection molding, metal components, and complex assemblies is seeking a Tooling Manager to support injection molding operations, mold repairs, and equipment maintenance in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and related equipment Perform preventative maintenance on molding machines and tooling Support mold builds, repairs, and process improvements Work cross-functionally with production, quality, and maintenance teams Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and machine manuals Support automation and PLC troubleshooting Travel domestically/internationally as needed for tool builds and repairs Qualifications Required Completion of formal apprenticeship program, technical school training program.
