Tool room & Tool crib Manager

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manage and supervise the daily operations of Tool Room and Tool Crib.
+ Ensure the timely availability of tools, fixtures, and equipment required to support production schedules.
+ Manage inventories of cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, gauges, fixtures, and consumable materials.
+ Establish and maintain minimum and maximum inventory levels.
+ Coordinate the procurement of tooling, equipment, and related services.
+ Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and technical support agreements with suppliers.
+ Supervise tool assembly, presetting, and preparation for CNC machining centers.
+ Monitor and control cutting tool life through tooling management systems and performance analysis.
+ Implement tooling optimization programs to reduce costs and improve productivity.
+ Develop and maintain tooling databases, cutting parameters, and tooling specifications.
