Tool Room Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for leading the Tool Room operations, including mold maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and new mold construction to support production, new product development, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Americas sites. This role ensures tooling reliability, equipment availability, cost control, and technical excellence across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead the Tool Room team, including technicians and toolmakers.

+ Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities for injection molds and tooling.

+ Coordinate the design, construction, testing, and validation of new molds and pilot molds.

+ Lead mold construction and maintenance activities supporting manufacturing sites across the Americas region.
