Overview

We are seeking skilled Tool Makers to design, build, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds used in our Metal Stamping manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has strong machining skills, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, modify, and repair tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and molds
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
• Operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, EDM, etc.)
• Perform precision measurements using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and CMMs
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend improvements
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet quality and delivery goals
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
