Analyze mold conditions, fabricate/repair parts using machine tools. Fit components to tight tolerances, read blueprints, oversee apprentices. Log repairs, ensure safety and environmental compliance. Minor welding/fabrication Oversee Apprentices High school diploma; 4-year apprenticeship + 4 years experience in tool/mold repair.
