About the Job: DBG is looking for people with Tool & Die and Machinist experience to join our team!!! This position will work Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day schedule, with additional overtime as necessary. Our operations in Conway, Arkansas include metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly. The facility utilizes stamping presses, brake presses, roll forms, lasers, shears, and a multi-stage paint process. A Concept to Finished Product company providing parts and sub-assemblies to customers. Approximately 350,000 square feet of floor space for fabrication operations. Responsibilities: Constructs or repairs tooling to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Working with metalworking dies, cutting tools, jigs and fixtures, gauges, and machinists' hand tools. Constructs and repairs die, drill fixtures, machines, and all other associated parts to maintain or build tooling to accommodate production requirements.
