                Tool & Die Maker (Apprenticeship)
COMPENSATION: $17.00 - $22.00 Per Hour (Depending on experience)
LOCATION: Lansing, MI
SCHEDULE (MONDAY-FRIDAY, POSSIBLE WEEKENDS):1st Shift: 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
2nd Shift: 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM
POSITION OVERVIEW: Seeking an apprentice for Tool & Die Maker to develop skills through on-the-job training and apprenticeship in die construction and tryout. This position focuses on high-quality craftsmanship in a team environment, aiming to meet company and customer standards efficiently.
POSITION PRIORITIES:Assist in building Line, Transfer, Gang, and Progressive tooling for sheet metal dies.
Develop skills in component build and conventional build.
Identify and solve problems, implement fixes into tooling.
