Tool Control Technician

Role Overview The Tool Control Technician is responsible for the control, maintenance, traceability, calibration coordination, and compliance of production tooling and associated assets within an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 regulated manufacturing environment. The role ensures tooling is available, serviceable, correctly identified, and maintained in accordance with quality management system requirements, customer specifications, and regulatory standards. The position plays a key role in supporting production efficiency, product conformity, configuration control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Tooling Control & Traceability Maintain full traceability of all tooling, gauges, fixtures, jigs, and special production equipment.
