Tool and Die Maker

<div>Job Responsibilities:<br /> Constructs, alters, and repairs a wide variety of tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to very close tolerance<br /> Sets up and operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machine, shaper, and grinder, to machine parts<br /> Studies specifications, engineering blueprints, tool orders<br /> Draws preliminary sketches, prepares layout and detail drawings<br /> Develop strategies for fabricating designed dies using most suitable to machining resources<br /> Meets all quality and efficiency expectations<br /> Complies with safety regulations and maintains clean and orderly work areas Skills/Knowledge/Experience:<br /> Education minimum 4 years of high school/vocational school, completion of apprentice program a plus.<br /> Work experience minimum of 3 years</div> <div> Ability to read/write English<br /> Interpret engineering specif...
