**Job Title: Tool and Die Machinist**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on building, repairing, and maintaining precision tooling and dies using both manual and CNC equipment. You will interpret technical drawings, work to tight tolerances, and support production by ensuring tooling operates safely, reliably, and efficiently. The position combines hands-on machining, welding, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering and production teams to continuously improve tooling performance.

**Responsibilities**

+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to build, modify, or repair tooling and components.
+ Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and grinders, to produce and repair tooling.
+ Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture and refine precision tooling components.
+ Fabricate, assemble, and fit dies, jigs, fixtures, and gauges to tight tolerances to support production requirements.
