Mission : Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respect for brand image and customer experience within the store.

Main activities:

Develop the store sales turnover:

• Implement TOD'S sales policy within the store
• Setting of sales objectives and periodic analysis of the results achieved
• Implementation of the selling ceremony in accordance with the Brand guidelines
• Highlighting of the store's products in accordance with the brand's visual policy and in collaboration with the visual merchandising department
• Set up CRM actions in order to develop the customer database
• Coordinate Trade marketing events
• Analyze sales reports and customer feedback
• Propose action plans in order to exceed the set objectives and increase sales turnover
• Check invoicing and compliance with in the collection procedu...
