Position Summary

Provides legal advice to clients in sophisticated tech/telecoms industries on a wide range technology matters such as e-commerce, e-transaction, and e-payment matters, as well as data privacy and protection
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity law, and compliance with Vietnams new regulations
Advise technology companies, telecom companies, OTT operators, and e-payment and fintech companies on regulatory compliance with Vietnam-related regulations
Advise clients on technology procurement; development, licensing, transfer, and protection of investment in the technology sector; and commercialization of software applications
