TMK2 PM Engineering Aide-Entry Level/Hourly

**Description:** Position Overview
The Engineering Aide will serve as the central liaison for the Test Missile Kit (TMK) program management team. This role coordinates technical interchange meetings, runs document review boards, assembles and maintains presentation packages for technical and programmatic reviews, leads action-tracking, tracks OBS staffing and partners with the Product Line Leads (PLLs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to continuously improve process and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
• Technical Interchange & Document Reviews – Schedule, organize and facilitate meetings; manage agendas, logistics, security clearance handling, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Presentation & Review Package Development – Create slide decks, graphics and supporting data for design and document reviews (working with engineering team); enforce templates and story-boarding standards for consistency
